Anyone looking for the ultimate summer experience for youngsters between the ages of five and eleven should check into the opportunities provided by TGA Premier Youth Tennis Summer Camps in the San Fernando Valley. Each of the facilities listed below is offering expert instruction, fitness development and exciting activities. They also feature a low camper to instructor ratio, along with group parings by age and skill. TGA camps provide ample individual attention and offer just the “Right Tennis Sized” instruction.
TGA Summer Camp at Balboa Tennis Center-Encino
- June 15 – August 2

- 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
(Early drop off and after-camp picnic lunch options are available)
The three-hour morning camp sessions include a variety of station-based instruction, play-based formats and games.
Afternoon Family Tennis Camp
- Birmingham Community Charter High School/Serve It Up Tennis-Lake Balboa
- June 8 – June 25
- Monday – Thursday
- 4:30 – 6:00 p.m.
Adults can do more than watch youngsters play tennis. They can join in the fun. While TGA certified instructors work with the kids, Serve It Up Tennis instructors offer adult classes on adjacent courts.
Children’s Arts Institute
- Westland School Campus

- 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
TGA Tennis is pleased to partner with the Children’s Arts Institute (CAI), an arts program for youngsters. Here’s a chance for kids to avoid the summer Valley heat by getting on the court in the cool of the morning at CAI. The program is not only convenient, but a fun way to learn the game in a marvelous setting.
St. Nicholas Summer Enrichment Program – Northridge
- Monday (Grades K-2) and Wednesday (Grades 3-5)
- June 20th – August 12th
- 8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
Tennis, fitness and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) activities are part of the day. The program is open to all youngsters even if they are not enrolled in the St. Nicholas Summer Enrichment Program.
