PrintMylan World TeamTennis is tennis like you’ve never seen it before, a team competition featuring some of the biggest names in the tennis world playing together in a format that offers exciting possibilities for both the players and fans.

The 2016 Mylan World TeamTennis season is just around the corner, and with not one, but two teams based right here in Southern California, there will be plenty of action.  The season kicks off on July 31 with the Orange Country Breakers facing off against the San Diego Aviators at the Omni La Costa Resort and Spa.  Hometown favorites Nicole Gibbs and Steve Johnson will lead the charge against San Diego, lead by another Southern California tennis icon, Coach Rick Leach.  On the Aviator’s side, Coach John Lloyd will be looking for a win from his team headlined by James Blake and Shelby Rogers, fresh off her tremendous run at the French Open.

And don’t forget, all USTA members get 10% off individual ticket prices for all home matches for the Breakers and Aviators, and 15% off individual ticket prices on USTA Member Appreciation Night , August 6th for the Breakers and tbd for the Aviators. All USTA members in attendance on USTA Member Appreciation Night will also have a chance to take a picture with the team after the match.
